TITLE: Sports day for monster

My book is about a little monster. He was only a monster so one day in monster school monster and his friend Jack they both looked at a big list of sports stuff monster wanted to try the long jump he said to his friend jack that he liked to jump.
So the monster went to the long jump first and ran with all his speed. His teacher said good job monster but there is no more sand to jump. Sorry, said monster then monster went to go and try something else.
he went to his friend Jack so then he went to have a try throwing the ball but the ball went really far . Monster and his friend Jack went to go find it but Monster lost it but then all of the kids shouted and said Hooray for monster, then Monster said Hooray for me he said.
Hi Kono my name is Jacob and I’m a year 6 student from Paihia School. You have a great post about the story because you have found a good topic to write about. At the moment in class we have been working on narratives and using mood and atmosphere in our writing. It was very challenging and I enjoyed it.
